Where do orders ship from?
All our records ship direct from our distributor Word And Sound in Hamburg in Germany.
Our posters ship separately, from here in Manchester in the UK.
Please note we cannot currently ship posters to the US or any EU countries at the moment. This is for boring and annoying customs complications and fees. Hopefully we will have a solution soon.
What about import VAT, duties, tariffs and other customs fees?
For customers in the UK. the EU and the US we include any and all customs fees in the price you pay at the checkout so you will not be charged any import VAT, duties, tariffs or any other customs fees before your parcel is delivered.
For customers outside the UK, the EU and the US, you might be charged import taxes, duties and other customs fees when your order arrives in your country. These charges depend on the customs rules in your country and we have no control over them. Please take this into consideration when you order.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping price for record orders, which means you pay the same for shipping no matter how many records you order or how much they weigh. The actual cost depends on where in the world you are. See the list of destinations below.
We have to ship posters separately from records when they are ordered together. We therefore charge extra shipping for these mixed orders.

USA
Any customs fees are included in the price you pay at the checkout so you will not be charged any import duties, tariffs or any other customs fees before your parcel is delivered.
Technically records and CDs should be exempt from US import duties and tariffs but unfortunately that’s not always the case in reality. Sometimes US customs charge import fees on our orders and they can be impossible to challenge or claim back. We want to reassure you that if US customs do decide to charge some import fees, we’ll cover those.

How long will it take for an order to be delivered?
Delivery times will vary depending on where in the world you are. Orders are usually posted out within 3 working days of us receiving them. Please allow extra time around Christmas and UK and EU public holidays. We will post a notice on the website if there is anything happening that will cause any major delays.
All customers will get a shipping confirmation email as soon as we have shipped your order.
If you regularly buy records online from UK and EU shops then you will probably have a better idea than us about how long it usually takes records to reach you. As a rough guide though, once we’ve shipped an order, we expect it to take :

Do orders get a tracking number?
We ship all our orders using tracked services so you will get a tracking code when we ship your order.
Do pre-orders ship separately from anything else in the order?
We ship everything in your order together in one parcel as soon as everything is available. This means that if your order includes a mixture of pre-orders and current releases we will wait until the pre-orders are ready before we ship your whole order.
If you don’t want to wait you’ll need to order your pre-orders separately.
