Will the current coronavirus situation delay any pre-orders?
Not at the moment.
All our pre-orders are still scheduled to be released on their original release date and we’ll ship them as soon as we can. If anything changes we’ll let you know.
Pre-ordering something?
We try to ship pre-orders in time to reach you on the release date.
Ordering something else along with that pre-order?
Are you pre-ordering something as well as ordering something that is already available and in stock? If you order them all together as one order then we will ship everything together as soon as the last pre-order is available. We do not ship what is in stock now and then ship pre-orders later.
If you don’t want to wait then you’ll need to order your pre-orders separately.
Why has the release date for your pre-order changed?
We are given provisional dates by our pressing plant and unfortunately these can change. As soon as a release date changes we will update the website and let you know by email.
