“Where are my records?”

Why has the release date for your pre-order changed?

We are given provisional dates by our pressing plant and plan our release dates on that. Those dates from the plant are usually spot-on, and we always plan a couple of weeks for wiggle room so our releases are rarely delayed. But it has happened in the past, and soon as we know that a release will be delayed we will update the website and let you know by email.

Has your order shipped?

Orders fr current releases will be shipped within 3 working days, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. We usually take a break over the Christmas period and start posting records out at the beginning of the New Year. There’ll be plenty of notice about that around the time.

If you’ve ordered any pre-orders then we will wait until everything is in stock and then ship your whole order.

If there’s any other reason why orders will be delayed we’ll post a notice on the website.

As soon as you’ve ordered you’ll receive an order confirmation email and then a second email when the order is on its way.

Where is your order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Have you not received an email about your order?

There are a few reasons why you might not have seen any emails from us about your order:

Are our emails being put in your junk folder?

Did you give us the right email address? (Yes, it happens!)

How long will it take for your order to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on where you live. Shipping via Royal Mail first class international can take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month due to customs clearances.

Customers in Asia and Australia typically will have the longest waiting times for their items to arrive.

To ensure quicker shipping times, consider upgrading the shipping method to a faster option.

It has been over a month and your package has still not arrived?

The package may be caught at customs and is still being processed.

The package may be at your local post office waiting to be picked up. Call your local post office. The package may have been returned to sender.

The sorting office says your package was returned to sender?

In the case that your package was sent back to Be With Records, we will contact you when the package arrives and discuss further action.

If your package was returned because of a mistake on our part, we will confirm with you and then attempt to resend the package.

If your package was returned because you have provided an inaccurate address (i.e. you moved and did not update your address, provided a wrong address) or you did not pick up your package from your post office/failed to accept package when it was delivered, and still want your order, we will require that you pay additional shipping costs to resend the package.
