How is the current coronavirus situation affecting the Be With web shop?

Other than a lot of extra hand-washing, the Be With web shop is open as usual and orders are being packed and shipped as normal. All of our pre-orders are still on schedule and we will ship them as soon as we can. We’ll let you know if anything changes.

UK orders are being delivered as usual.

However, for any orders shipping outside the UK we are not able to keep up-to-date with what is happening with any customs restrictions or with the local postal systems around the world.

If you know that your local postal service is not able to work as normal at the moment then you should expect an order to take longer to be delivered to you than usual.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

When are you charged for your order?

You are charged for your order at the time your order is placed. If you pre-order something you are charged at the time you place the order.

How do you change your shipping/billing address?

If your shipping or billing address was incorrect at the time your order was placed please send the correct address to webshop@bewithrecords.com as soon as possible.

We cannot change your shipping address after your order has shipped.

Sometimes orders are processed in less than 24 hours, so be quick if you notice a mistake with your address or you want to change it.

Can you add to your order or combine orders?

If your hasn’t shipped yet then email us at webshop@bewithrecords.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Unfortunately we cannot add anything to an order if it has already shipped.

There was an item missing from your order?

Was your missing item a preorder item? It’s possible that you paid for separate shipping for that item and that it will be coming later.

If you are indeed missing an item on your order get in touch at webshop@bewithrecords.com with your order number and tell us what’s missing.
